Spring Internship Programme / April 2026
SPARTA
Three weeks. 20–50 people aged 16–25. Production AI. A remote internship by Bloomsbury Technology — with an optional five-day residence in Kent and a hackathon straight after.
20–50 positionsYou won't be doing tutorial projects or writing reports. From day one you're inside a real system, inside a real team, answerable for real output.
Four tracks + one wild card.
We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is bravery and eagerness — bring those.
Distributed AI
Multi-agent systems, federated learning, on-chain inference. Decentralised AI infrastructure that actually runs.
Prediction Markets
Automated trading, market making, and arbitrage on Polymarket. Plus building the secondary market — liquidity provision, derivatives, options, swaps, futures. Heavy financial mathematics.
Energy Trading Data
Building a comprehensive database of European and global energy markets. Cross-country price monitoring, arbitrage opportunity detection, and market data infrastructure for energy trading.
Computational Marketing
Causal attribution, audience modelling, AI-powered creative strategy. Data infrastructure that drives decisions.
Exploratory
Maritime logistics, geopolitical modelling, art advising, causal inference tooling. Pitch it, build it, prove it works.
Three weeks remote. Then an optional five-day residence in Kent. Then a hackathon. Squads of 3–5, clear ownership, daily standups. We don't care about your CV.
Weeks 1–3
Remote Programme
Join a squad, pick a track, start building. Fully remote — work from anywhere.
Week 4
Kent Residence
Optional five-day in-person residence. Build together, demo what you've shipped.
