We're recruiting 20–50 interns to work on production AI systems, prediction markets, and causal inference. London. Starts April.

Four tracks + one wild card.
We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is bravery and eagerness — bring those.
Distributed AI
Decentralised AI infrastructure — multi-agent systems, federated learning, on-chain inference. Launching at our hackathon 18-19 April.
Prediction Markets
Automated trading, market making, and arbitrage on Polymarket. Plus building the secondary market — liquidity provision, derivatives, options, swaps, futures. Heavy financial mathematics.
Energy Trading Data
Building a comprehensive database of European and global energy markets. Cross-country price monitoring, arbitrage opportunity detection, and market data infrastructure for energy trading.
Computational Marketing
Data-driven marketing infrastructure. Causal attribution, audience modelling, creative strategy powered by AI.
Exploratory Projects
Got an idea that doesn't fit the four tracks? Maritime logistics, causal inference tooling, art advising, geopolitical modelling — pitch it, build it, prove it works.
Small teams, clear ownership, fast feedback. You'll know exactly what you're responsible for.
Project Leads
Own a track. Set direction, remove blockers, answer for outcomes.
Teams
5–10 people around a project. Daily standups, weekly demos.
Squads
3–5 people. The unit that actually ships. Tight feedback loops, shared context.
